Production time
In order to carry out the printing of the prints, I strive to do it as quickly as possible. I aim to complete shipments within a timeframe of 5-7 days, depending on the volume of orders. Shipments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Occasionally, there may be a slight increase in production time. In the event that this occurs, I will notify you via email to inform you of the updated production time.
When you receive an email confirming that your order has been completed, it means that it’s on its way to you!
Shipping
At hanakatoba.com, we strive to deliver your custom-printed products as quickly as possible. Our shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Europe: 5-7 days
America, Japan, Australia: 10-15 days
All orders come with a tracking number. If you would like to receive your tracking number, please contact us at hello@hanakatoba.com or through our website’s contact form, and we will provide it to you.
Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been specially printed for each customer. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that you have provided accurate information, such as size, color, and design preferences.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@hanakatoba.com with a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to address the problem and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
